   Your private notes remain private unless you choose to share them. When you share notes with collaborators or make them public, you understand that this content becomes accessible to those users according to the permissions you grant.
8. Prohibited Uses
   You may not use NoteAllies to: violate any laws or regulations, infringe on others' rights, distribute malicious software, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, use automated tools to scrape or harvest data, or engage in any activity that disrupts the service.
9. Service Availability
   While we strive to maintain reliable service, NoteAllies is provided "as is" without guarantees of constant availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service with or without notice.
